Fall
Through
Six Worlds

One still, one prompt, and he free-falls through six materials: live action, illustration, felt, Play-Doh, ink, torn paper. The Midjourney frame prompt and the full Seedance 2.5 fall prompt, nothing held back.

The three
01 /The frame Make the still in Midjourney with the prompt below. What matters: a full body, a clean silhouette, one big graphic anchor behind him and costume details the video can hang onto, here the three devices on one trouser leg. Those details are the continuity locks.
02 /The drop Attach the frame to Seedance 2.5 and paste the fall prompt. 15 seconds, 16:9. He free-falls through six worlds: live action, fashion illustration, needle felt, Play-Doh, ink sketch, torn paper. Every timestamp and crossing is already written.
03 /Swap the worlds Each world is one timestamped paragraph. Trade felt for LEGO or clay for chrome by rewriting that paragraph and its crossing. Keep the layer rule and the continuity locks untouched, they are what stops the video dissolving into a filter.
The frame prompt
midjourney
a full body shot of a black man floating diagonally in mid air against a massive, vibrant orange sun in a hazy, desert like environment. he is leaning backward, looking down and to the side with a neutral expression. he wears a futuristic, utilitarian outfit consisting of a thick olive green hooded jacket and matching wide leg cargo pants with prominent circular metallic patches and multiple pockets. the background is a soft, warm gradient of orange and brown tones, with a large, perfectly circular sun glowing directly behind him. the lighting is dramatic, highlighting the contours of his and silhouette. --profile dyu58k7

The frame it made
Floating, not standing. A falling pose in the still means Seedance never has
to invent the transition into the fall, it just releases him.

REFERENCE ROLE

[Image 1] is the sole reference and the absolute master for the single character's photoreal human identity, shaved head, face, body proportions, oversized olive technical jacket, wide olive cargo trousers, black combat boots, exactly three circular orange-magenta mechanical glass devices mounted vertically on the same outer trouser leg, opening pose, enormous realistic sun, lighting and live-action composition. Begin by animating this exact realistic image. Preserve the character, outfit construction, three devices, sun motif and uninterrupted fall across every transformation.

ABSOLUTE LAYER RULE

The character falls downward through six physically separate material worlds. Every horizontal boundary divides two complete worlds. Everything above the boundary remains entirely in the old aesthetic. Everything below the boundary is already entirely constructed in the new aesthetic before the character reaches it. As each body part physically crosses the boundary, only that crossed portion instantly adopts the material and rendering of the new world below. The transformation line stays exactly attached to the physical boundary. His boots cross first, followed by legs, torso, arms and head. When his whole body has crossed, the old aesthetic disappears completely above the frame.

The character and all surroundings must always belong to the same world. The sun, background, particles, shadows and character must transform together. Never place a stylized character over a background from the previous world.

FALL AND CAMERA

He is in fast, unmistakable free fall. Use a medium-wide full-body 35mm perspective. The camera falls parallel beside him but descends slightly more slowly, so he drifts lower in frame before the camera smoothly catches up. His body continuously descends and slowly tumbles. Shoulders and hips rotate at different speeds. Arms and legs react to air resistance. Jacket hems, sleeves and trouser fabric stream upward. The sun, background layers and particles travel upward with strong parallax. He never freezes, hovers or poses.

0.0–2.2s — WORLD 1: LIVE ACTION

Animate the exact convincing photoreal live-action fashion cinematography of [Image 1]. Maintain the same real Black human skin, pores and anatomy; real woven olive technical fabric with seams, creases and weight; realistic leather boots; real metal and glass devices; and the enormous physically detailed incandescent sun with turbulent solar granulation, prominences, heat haze and deep burgundy space. Keep realistic orange rim light and restrained motion blur. The opening must remain filmed live action, not illustrated, felted or computer-rendered.

2.2–2.8s — CROSSING 1: LIVE ACTION TO GRAPHIC FASHION ART

A crisp horizontal plane approaches from below. Beneath it, the sun, space, particles and atmosphere already form a complete high-end graphic fashion-poster universe. As he crosses, realistic surfaces convert exactly at the contact line into bold illustrated shapes.

2.8–4.8s — WORLD 2: GRAPHIC FASHION ILLUSTRATION

The entire frame is a sophisticated hand-rendered fashion illustration: strong olive and black shapes, deep red shadows, glowing orange sun, crisp expressive contours, screen-printed grain and dimensional editorial shading. His skin, outfit, boots, devices, sun, background and particles all share this unified graphic aesthetic. No photoreal texture remains.

4.8–5.4s — CROSSING 2: GRAPHIC ART TO NEEDLE FELT

A horizontal seam of loose wool fibres approaches from below. The destination below is already a complete needle-felt universe. Each crossed body part instantly grows thick coloured wool fibres and soft stitched volume at the exact seam.

5.4–7.4s — WORLD 3: NEEDLE FELT

Everything is handcrafted from sculpted needle felt and compressed wool: the man's skin, face, clothing, boots, three devices, enormous sun, space, shadows and particles. Visible fuzzy fibres cover every surface. Stitched seams, soft rounded volumes and tactile wool construction define the complete environment. No graphic ink or photographic material remains.

7.4–8.0s — CROSSING 3: NEEDLE FELT TO PLAY-DOH

A smooth horizontal plasticine boundary approaches from below. Beneath it, the complete world is already colourful modelling clay. As each part crosses, fuzzy wool compresses into moulded Play-Doh with visible fingerprints.

8.0–10.0s — WORLD 4: PLAY-DOH

The whole frame is a dimensional handmade Play-Doh universe. The man, face, clothing, boots, three glass-like clay devices, sun, deep-space background, shadows and particles are sculpted from colourful modelling clay and plasticine. Use fingerprints, dents, rounded edges, compressed joins and soft glossy highlights. No felt fibres or illustration remain.

10.0–10.6s — CROSSING 4: PLAY-DOH TO INK SKETCH

A rough horizontal graphite line on warm cream paper approaches from below. The world beneath it is already entirely hand drawn: its sun is a sketched circular mass, its space is paper grain and its particles are ink marks. Every crossed body part becomes ink and graphite exactly at the line.

10.6–12.5s — WORLD 5: INK SKETCH

The complete frame is a living monochrome ink-and-graphite drawing on textured warm paper. The man's face, outfit, boots, three devices, sun, background, shadows, particles and falling streaks are all made from expressive black ink, graphite, loose contour lines, hatching, dry-brush marks and paper grain. The entire environment is sketched—not a white sketch character over a coloured or photographic background. No clay, felt or photographic light remains.

12.5–13.1s — CROSSING 5: INK SKETCH TO TORN-PAPER COLLAGE

A thick horizontal torn-paper seam approaches from below. Beneath it is already a vivid pink, orange and burgundy paper-collage universe with ragged edges and halftone texture. The character physically tears through the seam. Every crossed portion instantly becomes layered printed paper. Paper scraps break free and stream upward.

13.1–15.0s — WORLD 6: TORN-PAPER COLLAGE

The entire character and environment are exclusively built from layered torn paper. His face, clothing, boots, three devices, enormous sun, space, shadows and particles share the same handcrafted screen-printed collage construction. Use vivid pink underlayers, orange and burgundy paper, ragged ripped edges, pasted overlaps, misregistered ink, halftone dots and visible paper fibres. He continues tumbling as paper scraps stream upward. The camera catches up beside him and holds the final collage composition for the last half-second.

CONTINUITY LOCKS

One person only. One continuous downward fall. One unbroken camera move. Same identity, anatomy, outfit construction, exactly three devices on the same trouser leg and the same enormous-sun motif. Every new world fully owns both character and environment. No cuts, cross-dissolves, translucent colour overlays, unrelated style changes, frozen pose, hovering, duplicate limbs, replacement character, text, logos or watermark.

AUDIO

Maintain an accelerating wind rush, reactive fabric movement and a low rhythmic electronic pulse. Each crossing has one distinct tactile sync sound: crystalline graphic snap, compressed wool brush, clay squish-pop, rapid pencil scratch and a powerful layered-paper tear. The ambience changes exactly as the character crosses each boundary. No dialogue.

What came back
The layer rule is the whole effect. Style changes are pinned to a physical
boundary his body crosses, boots first, head last, and each new world must
already exist below before he arrives. That is why it reads as falling
through materials instead of a filter dissolving on top. One run, untouched:
Live action → illustration → felt → Play-Doh → ink → torn paper
