iPhone Photo to Commercial: The Four Department Prompts

How it works
Take one photo of your product on your phone. Open Envato's video generator at labs.envato.com/video-gen (Google's new Omni Flash is one of the models now powering it, and Envato picks the best model for every job automatically). Your photo goes in as the starting image. Then you run four departments, one sentence each. After each department, save the best frame and feed it into the next one.
Department 1: Set design (= ART DEPT)
Upload your photo plus one marble counter still from the Envato library as image references. This sentence rebuilds the set around your product.
Prompt 1: the set
Swap my counter for the marble surface in the reference, café interior blurred behind it, keep my cup exactly as it is.
Department 2: Lighting (= GAFFER)
One Modify click on the set-design result. You are relighting the set, nothing else.
Prompt 2: the light
Hard morning sun through a window camera left, long shadows across the counter, keep everything else identical.
Department 3: Camera (= DOLLY)
Use your best lit frame as the starting image and generate. This is where the still becomes motion, and one sentence is doing the job of a dolly.
Prompt 3: the move
Slow push-in toward the cup as the steam rises, nothing else in the scene moves.
Department 4: Details (= VFX)
One Modify click on the finished clip. The last department polishes the shot.
Prompt 4: the polish
Thicken the steam and let it drift toward the lens, keep the framing and the shot identical.
The one rule
Never type a style word. The frame carries the look, your sentence carries the department. Describe what is in the shot and what the camera does, nothing else. Swap the nouns for your own product and the same four sentences hold: set, light, move, polish.
Ship it
Score it with a track from the Envato library and the finished film ships under a lifetime commercial license as part of your end product. Shot Monday, invoiced Tuesday.
