THE DOTS NIGHT SHIFT

ChatGPT Dots.
Give your Dot one job every night: find the ads your client's competitors are winning with, make new ones and test them. Here is the loop, the first prompt and what to connect.
Made with ChatGPT, the Meta Ad Library and Runway. Not affiliated with OpenAI, Meta or Runway.
You're not selling ads anymore. You're selling ad testing that never stops, and your Dot does the night shift.
The loop.
Five jobs, every night, while you sleep.
- Find: the ads in your client's niche that have been running for over 60 days. If a brand keeps paying for an ad that long, it's working.
- Break down: why they work. The hook, the angle, who's in it.
- Make: five new ones in Runway. Same angle, different person, different setting.
- Load: them into your client's ad account as a test.
- Repeat: the next night it checks what's working and makes more of it.
The first prompt.
This one covers the first two jobs. Swap in your client's competitors and niche, and you wake up to a doc of what's winning.
AThe night shift
ChatGPT · give it to your Dot · fill in the brackets
Every night at 1am, go onto the Meta Ad Library. Set the country to [your client's country] and the category to All ads. Search for [competitor 1], [competitor 2] and [competitor 3], then the keyword [your client's niche]. Sort by impressions, high to low. Open every ad that is still active and has been running for 60 days or more (check "Started running on"). For each one, save the link, a screenshot, the advertiser and the start date, then write me three lines: the hook in the first two seconds, the angle, and who is in it and where it's set. Put them all in one doc called Winners [date], the longest-running first, and leave it for me for the morning.
What to connect.
Two things, once.
- Runway: in ChatGPT, open Plugins, search Runway and install it. That's how your Dot makes the new versions.
- Your client's ad account: ask your client to add you as a partner in their Meta business settings, so you never need their password.
The rest.
